Refund Policy
All purchases made through shopattotalwrap.com are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Please ensure you carefully review your order, including the style, size, colour, and delivery details before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange:
– Local orders must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
– International orders must be returned within 8 days of delivery.
– You must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Returned items must:
– Be unworn and unwashed.
– Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or any other odours.
– Not be altered or damaged.
– Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
For hygiene and quality reasons, any item that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
– Sale items
– Clearance items
– Nightwear
– Intimate wear
All Final Sale purchases are non-returnable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
International returns must reach us within 20 days from the original order date. Returns received after this period may be declined and returned to the sender.
